Executive SearchEOSRG is retained by corporate clients to identify and secure the most suitable candidates in the market to fill a particular role on a fee basis.

Our search business is typically used for senior-level jobs. We have access to a range of appropriate high-level candidates who can be approached in a subtle manner. “Search” aims to find the best candidates for a position, whether or not they are looking to move.

We operate as a smaller “boutique” company mainly within the food manufacturing market which strengthens our position as we are not serving the whole of the recruitment market. We target prime candidates to ensure that the very best candidates are shortlisted for a specific vacancy. We offer a bespoke solution, not only targeting the best individuals in the market place but also giving you valuable competitor analysis and market trends/data. We often support the search activity with adverting which targets individuals being active in the job market and reading the newspapers or trade publications to find positions that may be of interest to them. We review all of the letters and CVs received, interview the most relevant candidates and present a shortlist of individuals to you.

With our extremely established team of consultants, we can offer our in-house expertise across the industry. Our consultants are graduates with an industry background with wide ranging expertise in matching candidates experience, qualifications and suitability to our established client base.

Interim Management

EOSRG provides a high quality service in order to support our clients with short term, but high importance solutions.

Our network of interim professionals have a depth of expertise in their chosen fields, with the capability to successfully complete a challenge within the shortest possible time frame. They provide results driven solutions, typically to reduce costs, improve performance, build or restore business relationships, or sometimes, just to be an experienced head to cover for a vacant post. Recruitment

EOSRG is a business focused on primarily middle tier requirement, from junior managers and team leaders to more senior like chief engineers, production managers and technical managers.

The business has an active database that is populated with candidates who have all been through our stringent screening process to ensure the accuracy and relevance of their experience and competencies.

The consultants maintain contact with our candidates on a regular basis pertaining their recent achievements. Our leading edge recruitment software quickly selects individuals who match specific job specifications and the results are carefully analysed by our sector-specific consultants before a shortlist is prepared for your consideration.

We are work predominantly on a retained basis where a percentage of the fee is paid up front with the balance being paid after successful recruitment but also on a contingent basis where fees are only paid on successful completion of the recruitment assignment.
